【摘要】 目的:探讨肾移植早期急性排斥反应的诊断及治疗方法。方法:肾移植98例病例中对18例肾移植术后发生早期(1个月内)急性排斥反应的诊断及治疗进行分析。结果:18例早期急性排斥反应经治疗后均成功。结论:早期急性排斥反应是同种异体肾移植术后最重要问题之一,甲强龙能很好的使术后早期急性排斥反应逆转。对加强龙反应差者,及时配合应用FK506,抗CD3可使术后早期急性排斥反应逆转。成功的关键是早期诊断,早期治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of early acute rejection after renal transplantation.Method: The diagnosis and treatment of 18 in 98 patients who suffered from acute rejection within 1 month after renal transplantation were analyzed.Result: All the 18 patients received successful treatment.Conclusion: The early acute rejection after renal transplantation is one of the most important issue.Prednisolone can make a good reversal.To poor-response cases to the prednisolone,the application of FK506,anti-CD3 in time can well reverse the early postoperative acute rejection.The key step to success is early diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
