【摘要】 目的:了解痔的发病情况,及施行传统手术或PPH术两种不同术式的住院费用和住院天数比较。方法:对177例传统手术和249例PPH术患者按年龄、住院天数、费用分组、是否存在合并症等方面进行分析。结果:在住院费用方面,传统手术组显著低于PPH组(t=-3.564,P=0.0004);在住院天数方面,传统手术组显著高于PPH组(t=3.239,P=0.001)。结论:60岁以下患者以及合并肛管和肛周疾病的痔患者,经济许可的情况下,我们建议行PPH术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To contrast the hospital fees and the hospital stay between the procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH) and Milligan-Morgan haemorrhoidectomy(MM),as to learning about the incidence of hemorrhoids.Method: 177 patients received MM and 249 patients received PPH.Analysis evaluated between the ages,the hospital fees,the hospital stay and the complications.Result:The MM were lower than the PPH in the hospital fees(t=-3.564,P=0.0004) as longer in the hospital stay(t=3.239,P=0.001).Conclusion: We suggested the patients who were younger than 60 and which complicated with perianal and canal disease to choose PPH in the economic permissing conditions.更多还原
