单泵血透机on-line血液透析滤过技术清除β2-微球蛋白的临床研究
Clinical Study of Clearance of β2-Microglobulin by On-line Hemodiafiltration with Single Pump Hemodialysis Machine
【摘要】 目的:探讨单泵血透机on-line血液透析滤过技术对β2-微球蛋白(2β-MG)的清除效果,并与常规血液透析和联机血液透析滤过(HDF)进行比较。方法:将60例慢性肾功能不全维持性血液透析患者随即分为3组,分别行常规血液透析(HD组)、联机血液透析滤过(HDF组)和单泵血透机on-line血液透析滤过(SHDF组),比较3种方法单次治疗对患者血β2-MG的清除效果。结果:HDF组和SHDF组治疗后血β2-MG浓度较治疗前有明显下降,统计学分析有显著性差异;HD组治疗前、后血β2-MG浓度无统计学差异。三组治疗对β2-MG的清除率分别为0、37.3%和36.8%。HDF组和SHDF组之间清除率无统计学差异。结论:单泵血透机on-line血液透析滤过技术对β2-微球蛋白有较好的清除效果,与HDF相似。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clearance of serum β2-Microglobulin(β2-MG)by on-line hemodiafiltration with single pump hemodialysis machine and comparing that to of conventional hemodialysis and on-line hemodiafiltration.Method: 60 maintenance hemodialysis patients in our hospital were randomly divided into 3 groups: conventional hemodialysis group(HD group),on-line hemodiafiltration group(HDF group) and on-line hemodiafiltration with single pump hemodialysis machine(SHDF group).The clearances of serum β2-Microglobulin by a single treatment of the 3 methods were compared.Result: There was no difference in serum concentration of β2-MG before and after treatment in HD group but were decreased significantly in HDF and SHDF group after treatment.The reduction rate of serum β2-MG were 0、37.3% and 36.8% respectively.Conclusion: The serum β2-MG could be satisfied cleared by on-line hemodiafiltration with single pump hemodialysis machine and the effect was similar with that of HDF.
