【摘要】 目的:探讨老年股骨转子间骨折的手术治疗方法和效果。方法:于2006年1月至2008年1月期间我们采用手术治疗股骨转子间骨折老年患者46例,对其进行追踪随访。结果:本组病例手术及住院期间无死亡;术后随访6~18个月,46例骨折患者全部愈合;术后功能评价:优33例,良8例,差5例,优良率为89.13%。采用动力髋螺钉固定者术中大转子骨折2例,髋螺钉孔钻孔过深1例,术后发生肺部感染2例,泌尿系感染2例,髋内翻1例;采用空心加压螺钉固定者术后出现髋内翻1例,发生深静脉血栓1例。结论:充分的术前评估和术前准备,合理的选择手术方式,能提高老年股骨转子间骨折的治疗效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the measures and effect of surgical treatment for femoral intertrochanteric fractures in old patients.Method: 46 old cases with femoral intertrochanteric fractures who received surgical treatment were followed-up from January 2006 to January 2008.Result: There was no dead cases in operation and duration of hospital stay.All of the patients were followed-up about 6 ～18 months and the fractures were all fealing.Postoperative function evaluation showed 33 excellent,8 good and 5 poor.The excellent and good rate was 89.13%.In the DHS,there were 2 cases with greater trochanter fractures,1 case with over boring,2 cases with pulmonary infections,2 cases with urinary system infection and 1 case with coxa vara.In hollow pressing whorl bolt internal fixation,there were 1 case with coxa vara and 1 case with deep phlebothrombosis.Conclusion: The sufficient preoperative assessment and preparation,reasonable selecting of modus operandi can improve curative effect of old patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures.更多还原
