【摘要】 目的:研究带皮瓣耳甲腔软骨转移修复鼻翼软骨缺损的疗效。方法:在遵循鼻亚单位组成的美学原则基础上,根据创面大小、形状、部位选择适当的带皮瓣的耳甲腔软骨修复缺损的鼻翼部分,供区创面直接拉拢缝合。结果:患者创面I期愈合13例;1例皮瓣远端部分表皮坏死,经局部换药后创面愈合;1例患者切口轻度感染,经局部换药处理后创面Ⅱ期愈合。术后获随访1~12个月。鼻外形轮廓较好,修复组织色泽、质地与周围皮肤匹配良好,恶性肿瘤无复发。结论:应用带皮瓣的耳甲腔软骨能修复鼻翼缺损创面,且色泽、质地、轮廓等均能达到较好匹配和协调,可获得满意功能和稳定的美学效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of repairing alae nasi cartilage defects with cavum conchae cartilage with flap.Method: Following up the principle of aesthetics composed of nasal subunit,selecting the appropriate parts of cavum conchae cartilage with flap to repair alae nasi cartilafe defects according wound size,shape and location,and suture directly the wound surface.Result: 13 cases have been reconstructed in one stage with this flag.The wound that one case of remot part of epidermal necrolysis was heal after local dressing.Another case of incision mild infection was also healed after local dressing.All of cases were followed up 1 to 12 months.The nose contour is good,the color of repaired organizations and material is well matched with surrounding skins,and the cancer didn’t recur.Conclusion: The cavum conchae cartilage with flap can repair alae nasi cartilage defects.The color,material and contour were all well matched and coordinated with the wounds,and procured satisfied functions and stable aesthetic effect.更多还原
