聚乳酸短纤维工业化生产的前纺工艺研究
Research on Spinning Process of PLA Staple Fiber Production
【摘要】 研究了聚乳酸短纤维工业化生产中的前纺工艺,着重研究了纺丝温度、卷绕速度、冷却条件等参数对初生卷绕丝性能的影响,确定了合适的工艺参数。
【Abstract】 The investigation is made on spinning process of PLA staple fiber production.The influence of spinning temperature,winding speed,cooling condition on as-spun fiber properties is analyzed.The proper spinning parameters are fixed.
