PLA-SPP共聚物的合成及其在SPI/PLA共混中的应用

【摘要】 以辛酸亚锡为催化剂,合成出丙交酯-大豆多肽共聚物(PLA-SPP),并对其进行红外及核磁共振光谱表征。研究了大豆蛋白(SP)I与聚乳酸(PLA)的共混工艺,考察了PLA-SPP共聚物对SPI/PLA共混体系的影响,发现该共聚物能有效地增加两者的相容性,当共聚物的含量为5%时,共混物的相容性明显改善;样品断面扫描电镜(SEM)照片显示,其微观结构明显变得均匀,两相分散较好。DSC结果显示,共聚物的加入增大了PLA与SPI间的作用力,并阻碍了PLA相的结晶行为。同时,加入共聚物后,共混物的耐水性也得到了明显提高。

【Abstract】 PLA-SPP [poly(lactic acid-co-soybean polypeptide) ] copolymer was synthesized using stannous octoate as catalyst and characterized by FTIR and NMR.The blending of soy protein isolate(SPI) and polylactide(PLA) was studied and the effects of PLA-SPP copolymer on the blends were investigated.It was found that the addition of the copolymer to the blends improved the compatibility of SPI/PLA blends,especially when the content of the copolymer came to 5 %,and the section of the sample showed finer co-continuous micro-structure and better dispersion between the two phases.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) revealed that the addition of copolymer increased the interaction between PLA and SPI and hindered the crystallization of PLA.It was also found that the anti-water properties of the blends were remarkably improved with the existence of PLA-SPP copolymer.
