【摘要】 作为上海最大的新兴产业新城的临港,正处于加速建设的起步阶段。编制在全面建设启动之前的城市规划需要与时俱进的技术跟踪和科学全面的实施检讨。目前,临港主要的先期发展建设地区:主城区、重装备产业区和物流园区均已完成了各自的规划实施评估,其他成规模建设地区的规划实施评估也正在开展之中。通过这一系列的评估研究,提出临港新城下一步规划建设的相关建议,供有关决策和实施部门参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Lingang New City, as a rising new town with new industries which is the biggest one in Shanghai, is in the beginning phase which is speeding up constructing. Planning for Lingang New City, before the start of all-around constructing, needs timely tracks and comprehensive reviews. Nowadays the built-up area of Lingang New City, which includes the core area, the industry district for heavy equips and the industry district for logistics, has completed each evaluation of planning implementation. And the evaluation for other areas which are under-construction are on the way.
