【Abstract】 o-Acetylbenzoyl chloride(2)was obtained by the acylchlorination of thionyl chloride and o-acetylbenzoic acid(1)which was prepared from phthalic anhydride and malonic acid.Three 1-hydroxy-1-methyl-3-dioxo-isoindole derivatives in total yields of 65.0%~76.8% were synthesized by the reaction of 2 with primary amines.The structures were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR,IR and MS.更多还原
