钯碳催化的酮与伯醇的α-烷基化反应
Pd/C-catalyzed α-Alkylation of Ketone with Primary Alcohol
【摘要】 以环己烯为活性氢接受体,1,4-二氧六环为溶剂,在Pd/C催化下酮可以有效地与伯醇进行α-烷基化反应生成偶联酮,产率43%~78%,其结构经1H NMR,IR和MS表征。提出了可能的催化反应机理。
【Abstract】 Coupled ketones in yield of 43%~78% were synthesized by α-alkylation of ketones with primary alcohols using Pd/C as a catalyst and cyclohexene as a hydrogen acceptor in dioxane.The structures were confirmed by 1H NMR,IR and MS.The possible reaction mechanism was suggested.
