溶胶-凝胶法制备Tb-PDA/PVA薄膜及其荧光性能
Preparation of Tb-PDA/PVA Luminescent Film by Sol-gel Method and Its Fluorescence Performance
【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了铽(Ⅲ)-吡啶-2,6-二羧酸/聚乙烯醇(Tb-PDA/PVA)发光薄膜,其结构经IR,差热分析,原子力显微镜及荧光光谱表征。分析结果表明:薄膜表面平整,PVA中的纳米Tb-PDA(平均粒径为90nm)分散均匀,在270℃以下具有良好的热稳定性。在紫外光照射下,薄膜发出较强的绿色荧光,最大发射峰位于544 nm,归属于Tb3+的5D4→7F5跃迁。
【Abstract】 Tb(Ⅲ)-pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid/polyvinyl alcohol(Tb-PDA/PVA) luminesent film was prepared by a sol-gel method.The structure was characterized by IR,TG,atomic force microscopy and fluorescence spectrum.The results showed that the film possessed smooth surface as Tb-PDA(an average particle size of 90 nm) was well dispersed to PVA and had a higher thermal stability below 270 ℃;under ultraviolet light irradiation,the film exhibited intensive green characteristic luminescence,the strongest emitting peak at 544 nm was attributed to the 5D4→7F5 transition of Tb(Ⅲ).
