α-巯基-β-取代苯基丙烯酸的合成及其对昆虫酚氧化酶的抑制活性
Synthesis of α-Mercapto-β-substitutedphenyl Acrylic Acid and Their Inhibition Activity for Phenoloxidase of Pieris Rapae(L.)
【摘要】 取代苯甲醛与罗丹宁经缩合反应,再经碱性水解,酸化等步骤合成了7种新的α-巯基-β-取代苯基丙烯酸,其结构通过1H NMR,IR和元素分析表征。生物活性实验表明,部分目标化合物对菜青虫酚氧化酶的活力有良好的抑制作用。
【Abstract】 Seven new α-mercapto-β-substitutedphenyl acrylic acids were synthesized by condensation between substituted benzaldehydes and rhodanine,then hydrolysis and acidification.The structures were characterized by 1H NMR,IR and elemental analysis.The results of preliminary inhibition against the phenoloxidase of pieris rapae(L.) showed that some of them exhibited good inhibitory activities.
