【摘要】 目的观察加味寿胎丸配合注射用绒促性素、黄体酮治疗早孕先兆流产的临床疗效,探讨其对内分泌的作用机制。方法将106例中医辨证为肾虚型先兆流产的患者随机分为2组,治疗组56例予加味寿胎丸配合注射用绒促性素、黄体酮治疗。对照组50例予注射用绒促性素、黄体酮治疗。2组均2周为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效及对血清β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、孕酮(P)的影响。结果治疗组治愈率82.14%,总有效率96.43%,对照组分别为64.06%、90.00%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后血清孕酮(P)、β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味寿胎丸配合注射用绒促性素、黄体酮治疗肾虚型先兆流产疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of combination of Shoutaiwan,Chorionic Gonadotrophin and Progesterone on threatened abortion,and understand mechanism for endocrine.Methods 106 patients with threatened abortion with renal deficiency according to differentiation of symptoms and signs of Chinese medicine were randomly divided into two groups.Cases in treatment group(n=56) were treated by combination of Shoutaiwan,Chorionic Gonadotrophin and Progesterone.Patients in control group(n=50) were treated by Chorionic Gonadotrophin and Progesterone.β-HCG and Progesterone(P) in two groups were measured for evaluation of effect.Results Cure rate and total effective rate in treatment group(82.14%,96.43%) were higher than those in control group(64.06%,90.00,P<0.05).There was no significant difference between two groups onβ-HCG and P before treatment(P>0.05).There was significant difference between two groups onβ-HCG and P after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Shoutaiwan,Chorionic Gonadotrophin and Progesterone has definite effect on threatened abortion with renal deficiency.更多还原
