【摘要】 目的观察益智聪明方治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的临床疗效。方法将103例VD患者随机分为2组。治疗组51例予益智聪明方,每日1剂,水煎分2次服。对照组52例脑复康片,每次0.8 g,每日3次口服。2组均予配合调整饮食结构和基础治疗,1个月为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。观察2组总体临床疗效及治疗前后认知功能(MMSE)、神经功能(NFDS)、日常生活活动能力(ADL)和中医证候积分变化情况,并检测治疗前后血液流变学指标、脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平。结果2组显效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。2组治疗后ADL、中医证候积分与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组改善情况优于对照组;治疗组治疗后MMSE积分、NFDS积分与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血液流变学各项指标均显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后LPO均显著降低,与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),且治疗组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益智聪明方治疗VD疗效确切,能明显改善VD患者的临床症状、体征,提高生活质量,改善血液流变学指标,降低LPO水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect and the changes of lipid peroxidation in patients with vascular dementia treated with Yizhicongming decoction.Methods 103 cases of vascular dementia were randomly divided into treatment group(n=51),which were treated by Yizhicongming decoction,and control group(n=52),which were treated by Naofukang tablet,0.8g,thrice a day.Double-blind and double-dummy design method was used to observe the therapeutic effects of Chinese drug.Mini-mental state examination(MMSE),activities of daily living(ADL),NFDS,Chinese medicine symptom scores,content of lipid peroxidation(LPO) and hemorheology indexes were analyzed before and after treatment in two groups.The therapeutic course was a month in two groups.Results The excellence rate in treatment group was more than that in control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences on MMSE,NFDS,ADL and Chinese medicine symptom scores between before and after treatment in two groups(P<0.01,P<0.05).Improvement of Chinese medicine symptom,LPO,hemorheology indexes in treatment group were superior to those in control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Yizhicongming decoction could obviously improve vascular dementia patients’ symptom and indexes of hemorheology,and raise the quality of living,which was closely related with decreasing content of lipid peroxidation.更多还原
