【摘要】 目的总结经皮肝穿刺胆道造影(PTC)对恶性胆道梗阻诊断、治疗价值,并将超声引导和DSA引导下PTC进行比较。方法将超声引导下和DSA引导下PTC进行比较。结果2种引导方法下PTC治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸的治疗提供了较为丰富的信息。结论PTC在恶性梗阻性黄疸的治疗中具有自身的优势,超声引导PTC较DSA具有操作时间短、成功率高、并发症少等优点,值得在临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the value of PTC in diagnosis and treatment of malignant obstructive jaundice,and to compare ultrasound-guided PTC with DSA-guided PTC.Methods The examination results by ultrasound-guided PTC and DSA-guided PTC were compared.Results Both methods could provide abundant information in diagnosis and treatment for malignant tobstructive jaundice.Conclusion PTC has advantage in treatment of malignant obstructive Jaundice.As compared with DSA,there are advantages of short operation time,high success rate and low complication rate in ultrasound-guided PTC,so this method can be popularizedin clinic.更多还原
