有孔型基底动脉的MRA表现
BASILAR ARTERY FENESTRATIONS DETECTED BY MR ANGIOGRAPHY
【摘要】 目的应用3.0T颅脑磁共振血管成像(magnetic resonance angiography,MRA)探讨有孔型基底动脉的影像学表现。方法回顾性分析河北医科大学第二医院2006年10月-2007年8月间行MRA检查的500例患者,全部图像均应用3.0T MR扫描仪扫描,使用三维时间飞跃法行颅脑血管成像,通过最大密度投影重组技术得到立体的血管图像。MRA图像观察以最大密度投影重组后图像为主,辅以MRA源图像。观察有孔型基底动脉的分布、形状。结果共发现有孔型基底动脉9例,其中位于基底动脉近端7例(中间孔很小呈裂缝样形状4例、相对较大,呈凸透镜状3例);位于基底动脉中段1例,呈凸透镜状;另1例小的有孔型基底动脉位于基底动脉远端。结论应用先进的3.0T MRA能够清楚地显示有孔型基底动脉这一血管异常。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the manifestation of basilar artery fenestration by 3.0 T magnetic resonance angiography(MRA).Methods Five hundred patients who underwent cranial MRA were retrospectively analyzed from October 2006 to August 2007.Among the 500 patients,9 basilar artery fenestration were found.All of the images were collected by Signa Excite HD 3.0T high field MR scanner with a 8-channel array head coil.MRA was performed by using a three-dimensional time-of-flight(3D TOF)sequence.With maximum intensity projection(MIP) reorganized images assistanted by source images,the distribution and shape of the basilar artery fenestration were observed.Results Seven of the nine fenestrations were located at the proximal basilar artery,four of these seven were small and had a slit-like configuration,and the other three were relatively large and had a convex-lens-like shape.A convex-lens-like fenestration was located at the middle of basilar artery.The remaining one small fenestration was located at the distal basilar artery.Conclusion 3.0T MRA is helpful for the detection and diagnosis of basilar artery fenestration.
