甘薯提取物对新生大鼠骨生理状态的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨甘薯提取物对新生大鼠骨生理状态的影响。方法选生后 5d龄SD大鼠10只,随机分为2组。采用腹腔内注射药物的方法,通过软X线摄影及组织学分析,观察甘薯提取物对新生大鼠骨生理状态的影响。结果甘薯提取物水溶性部分在经腹腔内注射给药后,不仅显示出位于长管骨(胫骨)皮质骨骨髓腔侧的破骨细胞数明显减少,而且长管骨骨密度增高。结论甘薯提取物不仅抑制新生儿大鼠长管骨内破骨细胞的形成,同时增加骨密度。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of sweet potato extract on bone physiological status of new born rats.Methods Ten 5-day-old SD rats were used and randomly divided into two groups in the experiment.Sweet potato extract was given by intra-abdominal injection method in experimental group.The effects of sweet potato extract on bone physiological status of new born rats were measured by X-ray photography and histopathologic examination.Results After the water-soluble extract of sweet potato was given by intra-abdominal injection method,not only the numbers of osteoclasts in cortical bone marrow cavity of long bone(tibia)reduced significantly, but also bone mineral density of long bone increased.Conclusion Sweet potato extract can inhibit the formation of osteoclasts in long bone and increase bone mineral density.
