【摘要】 目的观察参芪注射液对蒽环类治疗后的转移性乳腺癌联合治疗中的作用。方法 58例经蒽环类治疗后复发转移的乳腺癌患者采用紫杉醇联合卡培他滨治疗,将58例患者分为2组,对照组28例采用紫杉醇270mg静脉滴注第1天,卡培他滨2000 mg/m~2口服,2次/d,连服2周,休息l周,3周为一疗程;治疗组30例在联合治疗的同时静脉滴注参芪注射液250 mL,1次/d,连用10 d,每个周期观察疗效和记录不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率33.3%,病情稳定率83.3%;对照组总有效率32.1%,病情稳定率67.9%。治疗后2组的外周血T细胞亚群有不同程度改变;治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应有骨髓抑制、消化道反应、手足综合征、乏力以及心电图改变等,治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参芪注射液在紫杉醇联合卡培他滨治疗转移性乳腺癌中,能明显提高疗效,降低不良反应,改善患者生活质量,提高机体免疫力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy and toxicity of Shenqi injection in combinative treatment for patients with anthracycline-pretreated metastatic breast cancer. Methods Fifty-eight patients with anthracycline-pretreated metastatic breast cancer were treated with the same docetaxel-xeloda combination regimen(DX)of chemotherapy.Patients were randomized into two groups,control goup and treatment group.In control group,28 patients received paclitaxel 270 mg.Ⅳ,in the same time patients received oral xeloda 2 000 mg/m~2,twice daily,days 1-14,repeated every 3 weeks.In treatment group,30 patients received combinative treatment plus shenqi injection 250ml,iv,once a day,day 1-10.All patients were evaluated for response and toxicity every cycle.Results The response rate of control group and treatment group was 30.1% and 33.3% respectively,the stable rate of control group and treatment group was 67.9% and 83.3% respectively.There was significant change of T cell subsets in the two groups and treatment group was better than control group.The most common adverse effects were bone marrow toxicity,gastrointestinal adverse effects,hand-foot syndrome and the change of ECG.The incidence of adverse effects in treatment group was significantly lower than those of control group.Conclusion Shenqi injection can improve the response rate,living quality,immunity of body and reduce toxic effects.更多还原
