喉鳞状细胞癌中LOX和CDH13的表达及意义

【摘要】 目的探讨喉鳞状细胞癌(laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma,LSCC)组织中赖氨酰氧化酶(lysyloxidase,LOX)和H-钙黏蛋白(H-cadherin,CDH13)mμRNA的表达与肿瘤的临床病理学参数之间的关系。方法应用逆转录多聚酶链反应检测49例LSCC组织及22例癌旁组织中LOX和CDH13 mRNA表达情况。结果 46例LSCC中LOX和CDH13的表达率分别为75.5%(37/49)和44.9%(22/49);22例癌旁组织中的表达率分别为100.0%(22/22)和72.7%(16/22)。LSCC中LOX和CDH13的表达均低于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。LOX和CDH1 3的表达均与LSCC的病理学分级明显相关(P<0.05)。在LSCC中LOX与CDH13 mRNA表达呈正相关(r=5.120,P<0.05)。结论 LOX和CDH13 mRNA在LSCC中表达下调或缺失,可能与LSCC发生有关;LOX和CDH13 mRNA表达随LSCC恶性程度呈下降趋势。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expressions of lysyl oxidase(LOX)and H-cadherin (CDH13)mRNA in human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC)and to explore the relationship between the expression and clinicopathological characteristic.Methods Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)was used for detecting the mRNA levels of LOX and CDH13 in 49 specimens from laryngeal carcinoma and 22 specimens of adjacent tissue. Results The positive expression rates of LOX and CDH13 in carcinomatous tissue were 75.5% (37/49)and 44.9%(22/49)respectively,while those in the adjacent tissue were 100.0 %(22/22) and 72.7 %(16/22).There was significant difference in the positive rates of LOX and CDH13 between carcinomatous tissue and adjacent tissue(P<0.05).The significant correlations were found between LOX and CDH13 expressions and pathological stages(P<0.05).There were positive correlations between LOX and CDH13 mRNA expression in laryngeal carcinoma. Conclusion The down regulation or absence of the expression of LOX and CDH13 might participate in occurrence of laryngeal carcinoma together.The two genes are expressed in laryngeal carcinoma and the expression declines with the increase of malignant degree of the tumor.
