缺氧诱导因子-1α与葡萄糖转运蛋白-3在胶质瘤中的表达
THE EXPRESSION OF HYPOXIA-INDUCIBLE FACTOR-1α AND GLUCOSE TRANSPORTER-3 IN GLIOMAS
【摘要】 目的通过检测缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α)和葡萄糖转运蛋白-3(glucosetransporter-3,GLUT-3)在人胶质瘤中的表达情况,探索其与胶质瘤病理级别之间的关系及两者在病理条件下的表达相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测52例不同级别胶质瘤标本中HIF-1α与GLUT-3的表达情况,并进行统计学分析。结果免疫组织化学结果示HIF-1α在正常脑组织和Ⅱ~Ⅳ级胶质瘤中的阳性表达率分别为0.0%、52.6%、83.3%、100.0%;同样,GLUT-3在各组中的阳性表达率分别为0.0%、36.8%、77.8%、100.0%,各组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HIF-1α与GLUT-3在胶质瘤中的表达与胶质瘤的病理分级密切相关,随着病理级别的升高,HIF-1α与GLUT-3蛋白表达均上调,并且两者间的表达具有相关性。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expressions of hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF- 1α) and glucose transporter-3 (GLUT-3) in human gliomas,analyze their relations with the grades of glioma and explore their expressional relationship in the pathological condition.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of HIF-1α and GLUT-3 in 52 cases of paraformaldehyde fixed glioma preparations,and finally treated with statistical analysis. Results The results showed that the positive expression rates of HIF-1α in normal brain tissues and grade Ⅱ~Ⅳ gliomas are respectively 0%,52.6%,83.3% and 100%,while the positive expression rates of GLUT-3 are respectively 0%,36.8%,77.8% and 100%.The differences among each group all have statistical significance.Conclusion The expressions of HIF-1α and GLUT-3 in gliomas are closely correlated with the pathological grades.With the increasing of pathological grades,the expressions of HIF-1α and GLUT-3 were upregulated and the expression of GLUT-3 is also related to HIF-1α.
