【摘要】 目的探讨高分辨计算机断层扫描(high-resolution computed tomography,HRCT)在鼻区骨折诊断的作用。方法对103例临床和CT诊断鼻区骨折患者的HRCT扫描图像进行回顾性分析。结果 103例中,鼻区骨折99例(单纯性骨折42例,复合骨折57例),单纯骨缝分离4例。结论 HRCT可准确地显示骨折的部位、类型和程度,为鼻区骨折的临床治疗和司法鉴定提供客观可靠的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of high-resolution computed tomography(HRCT) to diagnose the nasal region bone fracture.Methods HRCT images of 103 cases of nasal region bone fractures dianosed by clinical and CT were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among 103 cases,there were 99 cases of nasal region fractures(including 42 cases of simple fracture and 57 cases of compound fracture)and 4 cases of simple suture sparation.Conclusion HRCT can accurately display the location,type and extent of nasal region bone fracture,and provide an objective and reliable basis for the clinical treatment and forensic identification of the nasal region bone fractures.更多还原
