【摘要】 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定阿折地平的含量。方法采用 Diamosil^TM钻石 C₁₈柱（4.6 mm×250mm,5μm）（迪马公司）,流动相为乙腈-水（70:30）,检测波长为254 nm;流速为1.0 mL/min,进样20μL。结果阿折地平在0.01～0.40 mg/mL 范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 9）,阿折地平的含量为99.3%。结论采用高效液相色谱法测定阿折地平的含量,方法简单、可靠,重现性良好,可用于阿折地平的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method to determination of content of Azelnidipine by high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）.Methods The HPLC system was consisted of a Diamosil^TM C₁₈ column （4.6 mm×250 rnm,5μcm）.Acetonitrile and water （70:30） was used as mobile phase,and the detection wavelength was set at 254 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The linear range of Azelnidipine was 0.01～0.40 mg/mL（ r =0.999 9）.The content of Azelnidipine was 99.3%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate.It can be used for determination of Azelnidipine content.更多还原
