【摘要】 目的研究脑桥中央髓鞘溶解症(central pontine myelinolysis,CPM)的 MRI 特点。方法通过对5例患者 MR 资料的分析,结合文献回顾性总结 CPM 的 MRI 诊断及鉴别诊断要点。结果①病变大多数局限于脑桥的中央部分,常呈对称性;②病变在 T1W1 上呈长或稍长信号,T2W1上呈长信号,在 FLAIR 上呈高信号。结论MRI 是检查 CPM 的有效方法,当有上述表现时高度提示 CPM 的可能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the MRI character of central pontine myelinolysis (CPM).Methods To analyze five cases MR imaging of the CPM and review the literature. Retrospectively summarize the MRI diagnosis and differential diagnosis of CPM.Results The lesion of CPM was in the center of the pons.②The lesion was manifested as long-or slight long signal on TI weighted image.long signal on T2 weighted image,hyper intensity on FLAIR image. Conclusion The MR imaging is an effective way to diagnose the CPM,the MR imaging appearances above mentioned are strongly suggestive for the diagnosis of CPM.更多还原
