图像法定量分析小动物运动行为的研究
THE STUDIES OF QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF LOCOMOTION BEHAVIOR IN SMALL ANIMALS BY IMAGE ANALYSIS
【摘要】 目的研制一种定量分析小动物运动行为的测定系统。方法使用电荷耦合器件摄像系统,通过微机的通用串行总线接口采集动物活动图像,按时间序列进行存储。比较一定时间间隔的两幅图像,当动物完全离开原来位置时,确定为小动物运动1次,从而定量记录小动物一定时间运动量。结果对一组小鼠在2 d 内进行了重复测定,结果有较好的重复性。结论该方法为测定小动物的运动行为制定了一种客观标准。
【Abstract】 Objective To develop a new system to analyse and evaluate locomotion behavior in small animals.Methods Video images of animal activities are captured by a charge coupled device equipment through the universal serial bus interface of the computer,and then saved in a timely sequence for further analysis.By comparing two animal images of different moments,it is defined as locomotion once when the small animal leaves completely out of original position.Thus the quantification of the small animal’s locomotion is recorded in a given period.Results A group of mice was tested repeatedly in two days,and the results are in good iteration.Conclusion The studies set up an objective standard for evaluating locomotion behavior of experimental animals.
