【摘要】 目的观察桂枝消瘤颗粒治疗盆腔炎性包块的临床疗效。方法选择盆腔炎性包块患者80例,随机分为研究组(50例)和对照组(30例)。研究组予以自拟桂枝消瘤颗粒口服,对照组予以抗生素治疗,定期观察疗效,并进行对比。结果3个疗程后研究组治愈率72.0%、总有效率96.0%,优于对照组的20.0%、86.7%);且包块小、病程短者治愈率高。结论桂枝消瘤颗粒治疗盆腔炎性包块效果显著,且疗效与包块大小和病程长短有关,延长疗程有助于提高疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The effect of Guizhi removing tumor granule on pelvic inflammatory mass was investigated.Methods A total of 80 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease in our gynecologic department were chosen and randomly divided into study group(n=50) and control group(n=30).Subjects in study group were taken orally with Guizhi removing tumor granule by self,and control group were given antibiotics intravenous drip.The curative effect was periodically observed and compared.Results The cure rate of 72% and a total efficacy of 96% were achieved in study group after three period of treatment,and were superior to the control group,there were significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Patients with relative smaller pelvic mass and shorter course of disease had higher cure efficacy.Conclusion Guizhi removing tumor granule had a remarkable effect on curing pelvic inflammatory mass,and the efficiency was correlated with size of mass and course of the disease.The extended period of treatment had been proved to be benefit for a better effect.更多还原
