【摘要】 目的调查住院患者住院期间咽部带菌及其优势菌变化情况。方法选择住院时间可能相对较长的病例,采集咽拭子标本,进行细菌培养,报告优势菌群,观察到患者出院。结果所调查的120例患者住院期间咽部优势菌没有发生变化,草绿色链球菌和奈瑟菌在住院患者咽部菌群中占主导地位,二者的检出率占86.50%。患者没有发生下呼吸道感染。结论口咽部位优势菌的稳定、微生态保持平衡可能是患者不易发生下呼吸道感染的原因之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the feature of microbial population and the advantage germs in oropharynx of inpatients. Methods Cases with long term hospitalization were selected,bacterial culture was done by using a throat swab to determine the distribution of microbial population in pharyngeal portion. Results There were no significant alternation in the distribution of the advantage microbial population during the 120 patients lived in hospital,and they had not obtained lower respiratory tract infection.Streptococcus viridans and Neisseria were advantage microbial population,their isolating rate were 86.50%.Conclusion The advantage microbial population in oropharynx keep eubiosis may be a role to reject the lower respiratory tract infection.更多还原
