【Abstract】 The advantages of polymerase chain reaction(PCR) was specific,sensitive,rapid,reproducible,simple and so on.Various of clinecal samples could be detected by PCR and now many new PCR technology was developed for biological disciplines in various fields.In this paper,the principle of PCR and its application in shrimp virus disease detection was reviewed.It would help for the diagnosis and prevention of shrimp virus disease.更多还原
