【Abstract】 Although China joined WIPO Performance and Phonograms Treaty in 2007, there is still some difference between its copyright law and international treaty concerning the definition of performers. Based on the stipulations in international treaties while referring to the definition of performers in Japan’s copyright law, we can discover the problems concerning the definition and scope of performance in China’s current copyright law so as to put forward some countermeasures.更多还原
