K2O-Al2O3-SiO2系统陶瓷嵌体在牙体Ⅴ类洞型的初步应用
Application of K2O-Al2O3-SiO2 System Dental Glass Ceramic Inlays on Class Ⅴ Cavities
【摘要】 目的:观察K2O-Al2O3-SiO2系统牙科玻璃陶瓷嵌体在牙体Ⅴ类洞型的初步应用情况。方法:选择5位牙体颈部缺损的志愿患者,根据患牙的临床症状给予或未给予根管治疗;在确认患牙无牙体-牙髓及牙周组织疾病的症状后,制备Ⅴ类洞型、制作K2O-Al2O3-SiO2系统牙科玻璃陶瓷嵌体,用Variolink(Ⅱ粘结剂对牙体缺损进行修复;3-6个月随访。结果:修复后的患牙均未出现牙体-牙髓及牙周组织疾病的症状,修复体均未出现松动和脱落。结论:K2O-Al2O3-SiO2系统牙科玻璃陶瓷嵌体修复于牙体Ⅴ类洞型中,短期内不会出现松动和脱落,不损伤患牙的牙体-牙髓及牙周组织,该陶瓷的色泽有待完善。
【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the application of K2O-Al2O3-SiO2 system dental glass ceramic inlays on class Ⅴ cavities in some cases.Methods: Five patients with class Ⅴ defects were treated according to their symptoms.All the defects were restored using K2O-Al2O3-SiO2 system dental glass ceramic inlays and VariolinkⅡcomposite luting cement after the endodontic and periodontic symptoms disappeared.All the restorations were followed up between 6 and 12 months.Results: There were no endodontic and periodontic abnormalities,no secondary caries and no dropping of prostheses were found in the follow-up.Conclusion: Application of K2O-Al2O3-SiO2 system dental glass ceramic inlays on class Ⅴ cavity in clinical practice was satisfatory in a short period.
