高强度中碳钢C38的超长寿命疲劳性能研究

【摘要】 采用超声疲劳试验技术对高强度中碳钢C38的超高周疲劳性能进行了研究,用扫描电镜对疲劳断口进行了分析。结果表明:高强度中碳钢C38的S-N曲线并没有呈现阶梯状,超过107~108次应力循环后,试样仍会继续发生破坏。

【Abstract】 The ultra-long-life fatigue property of high-strength medium-carbon steel C38 is studied with ultrasonic fatigue test,the fatigue fracture surface analyzed with scanning electron microscope.It is showed from result that the S-N curve of C38 is not presented as stairs,and the sample can still be broken under the stress cycles beyond 107~108.
