【摘要】 对湖北省少数民族地区中学体育师资队伍数量、年龄与性别比例、职称与学历结构、教学科研工作等进行调查,分析探讨了目前湖北省少数民族地区中学体育师资队伍存在的教师数量少、教师工作负荷大、男女比例失调、年龄结构基本合理、学历偏低、科研情况不容乐观、教学评价一般等问题.在此基础上提出了加强湖北省少数民族地区中学体育师资队伍建设的发展对策,为今后的中学体育师资改进工作提供合理的理论依据.更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the investigation of the sports teachers troop quantity,the age and the sex proportion,the title and the school record structure,the teaching scientific research work of the middle schools in Hubei National Minority area,this paper is to analyse and discuss such problems of the teachers troop as their quanyity,their heary working load,the imbalance between male and female,the reasonable age and the general structure,the low school record,the unoptimistic this paper tries to scientific research situation,teaching appraisal in Hubei National Minority area middle school.In this foundation,propose the development countermeasure of strengthening the constrution of the sports teachers troop of the middle school in Hubei National Minority area,and provides the reasonable theory basis for the sports to improve their future work.更多还原
