活性炭对大港减压渣油超临界萃取残渣的催化加氢
Catalytic Hydroconversion of the Draff from Supercritical Fluid Extraction of Dagang Vacuum Residue with Active Carbon
【摘要】 为了寻找重质油催化加氢转化的新型催化剂,将活性炭用于大港减渣超临界萃取残渣的催化加氢,GC/MS分析结果显示,催化温度从350℃升至400℃,催化产物的收率从4.71%提高至21.03%.催化温度在350℃下,当活性炭用量从0.10 g提高到0.20 g时,催化产物的收率从4.71%提高至17.45%,活性炭和镍并用获得了协同效应.催化产物包括正构烷烃、支链烷烃、环烷烃、烯烃、芳香烃和含氧有机化合物,主要为柴油成分.活性炭对大港减渣超临界萃取残渣具有较好的催化效果.
【Abstract】 In order to find new catalyst employed in catalytic hydroconversion of heavy oil,active carbon(AC) is employed in catalytic hydroconversion of DVR SFER independent.Analysed results of catalysates by GC/MS indicate,when AC is employed under 350 ℃ and 400 ℃,yields of products reach respectively 4.71 % and 21.03 %.When AC volume raise from 0.10 g to 0.20 g,yields of products under 350 ℃,4 h,5 MPa reach 17.45 %.Synergistic catalytic hydrogenation of AC/Ni co-operation on DVR SFER acquires synergistic catalytic hydrogenation.Catalysates is mainly diesel oil including normal alkanes,chain alkanes,cycloalkanes,alkenes,arenes and oxygen-containing organic compounds.AC employed in catalytic hydroconversion of DVR SFER processes good effect.
