水资源管理中基于直觉模糊集的权重确定方法

【摘要】 为丰富水资源管理中权重的确定方法及促进直觉模糊集在水资源管理中的应用,针对水资源系统的特点,基于直觉模糊集,研究了在指标权重信息不完全前提下的权重确定方法,给出了基于记分值最大化和相似度量最小化的确定最优权重的新方法,并将其应用于水资源管理实践中,验证了新方法的合理有效性,为解决水资源管理中的权重确定问题提供了新的决策途径.

【Abstract】 In order to enrich the weight-definited methods and promote the application of intuitionistic fuzzy set in water resources management,in view of the characteristics of water resources system,based on intuitionistic fuzzy set,the weight-definited method under the premise of incomplete indicator weights information is researched.Based on the maximum score value and the minimum similarity of indicators,a new method for determining optimal weights of indicators is proposed,and this method is used in the practice of water resources management.The calculated results of an example show that the new method is reasonable and valid,and it supplys a new way to solve the weight determination problems in water resources management.
