大孔吸附树脂精制栀子黄色素的梯度洗脱和拐点控制

【摘要】 筛选了应用较广的4种大孔吸附树脂YW、NKA、D3520、HPD-100A进行栀子黄色素的吸附分离精制,研究了精制过程中水和低度乙醇洗脱除杂的拐点控制,结合采用反梯度洗脱工艺,得到栀子黄色素产品分别在440nm、325nm和262nm有吸收峰,计算其吸光度比值A325nm/A440nm=0.187,A238nm/A440nm=0.000,A262nm/A440nm=0.220,产品精制回收率皆可超过90%。

【Abstract】 Four macropore resins were selected for gardenia yellow refining by absorption and elution to remove impure matter.The water elution turn point and lower degree ethenol elution turn point were studied and controlled.Combined with reverse grads elution technology,the gardenia yellow product had refined with A325nm/ A440nm=0.187,A238nm/ A440nm=0,A262nm/ A440nm= 0.220.The product recovery of refining was higher than 90%.
