温度和pH值对杏鲍菇3、528菌丝生长的影响

【摘要】 试验采用斜面培养法观察在不同温度和pH值条件下,杏鲍菇3和杏鲍菇528菌丝体的生长情况。结果表明,杏鲍菇3和杏鲍菇528菌丝的适宜生长温度均为20~30℃,最适温度为25℃,说明这2个杏鲍菇品种属于中高温型食用菌。菌丝能生长的pH值范围为4.5~8.5,最适pH值为5.5~6.0,说明杏鲍菇菌丝生长的pH值范围较宽,但在酸性条件中生长得较好,可见这2个杏鲍菇品种是偏酸性的菇类。

【Abstract】 The mycelium growth cultivated on bevel medium of Pleurotus eryngii strain 3 and 528 was observed under different temperatures and pH conditions.The results showed that the suitable mycelium growing tempreture for P.eryngii strain 3 and 528 was 20℃ to 30℃,and the optimal temperature was 25℃,they belonged to high temperature edible fungi.Their mycelium growth of pH ranged of 4.5~8.5,the optimum pH 5.5~6.0,and the pH range of the P.eryngii mycelium growth was wide,but it grew better under acidic conditions.They were acidic mushroom.
