不同因素对黄瓜子叶再生植株影响的研究
Influence of Different Factors on Regeneration Plants from Cucumber Cotyledon
【摘要】 采用正交设计,研究了不同激素浓度组合、苗龄和子叶大小对黄瓜(Cucumis sativus L.)再生植株的影响。结果表明,切除1/3的子叶和6 d苗龄的子叶,其愈伤诱导率高且质量好,最佳愈伤诱导培养基为MS+0.3 mg·L-1 IAA+1.5 mg·L-1 6-BA+0.1 mg·L-1 NAA;最佳芽伸长培养基为MS+0.05 mg·L-1 6-BA,由它们获得的再生植株健壮,成活率为100%。
【Abstract】 The effect of different hormone combination,seedling stage and cotyledon size on cucumber regeneration plant was studied by using orthogonal design.The results showed that the best medium for callus induction was: MS+0.3 mg·L-1 IAA+ 1.5 mg·L-1 6-BA+0.1 mg·L-1 NAA,and resection of 1/3 and 6 days seedling stage were the most suitable for inoculation.The best medium for bud elongation was: MS +0.05 mg·L-1 6-BA medium.The regeneration adult plants were vigorous and healthy,and the survival rate reached 100%.
