【Abstract】 To study the technical parameters of different kinds of soybean, a suitable cryo-section method for soybean root was established. The procedure consisted of several steps as follows. The materials were taken out and fixed in solution contained cryo-protected sucrose .The fixed samples were embedded, frozen in liquid nitrogen and the cryo-protecting and liquid nitrogen frozen cryo-sectioning technique was concluded. And the key points to cryo-section were also investigated. So this method was easy, fast, effective for soybean root micro-biology.更多还原
