【Abstract】 Agriculture is an important industry in China. The agriculture, the countryside and the farmers (also known as three-dimensional rural issues) affect to some degree the development of national economy. Information technology plays a key role in building countryside, developing agriculture and flourishing farmers. As the libraries at agricultural universities hold abundant science and technology literatures and rich electronic information resources they are important element for serving "the three-dimensional rural issues". In order to better understand the possible functions of these libraries, this paper analyzed unique advantages of these libraries and the significance of their services to "three-dimensional rural issues". Possible measures that could be taken to improve the services were also put forward.更多还原
