【Abstract】 The quality of some pomegranate’s varieties in Xinjiang was tested. The result indicated that appearance quality of Kashi sour pomegranate was the best, the average simple fruit weight and the fruit vertical transverse diameter were the biggest, the coloration was even. The intrinsic quality of pryaman No.1 was the best, the grain was the biggest, weight of hundred grains and the juice rate were the highest, the soluble sugar content was high.更多还原
