【Abstract】 Polyphenol materials were extracted from grap skin with microwave assistance by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The study showed that the best conditions for polyphenol extraction through microwave assistance were as follows: grape skin(1 g) were extracted with 35 mL of φ=0.50 ethanol at 70 ℃ water bath for 25 min after being handled 35 seconds in microwave with 540 W of thermal power.The extraction of grape skin polyhpenol reached 95.02%.更多还原
