小麦种质资源SNTE0537与原始亲本叶表皮微观形貌特征的比较

【摘要】 为研究小麦桥梁种质资源SNTE0537及其原始亲本的叶表皮微观形貌特征的异同,利用扫描电子显微镜对从中间偃麦草与普通小麦品种烟农15远缘杂交后代中选育的小麦桥梁种质资源SNTE0537及其原始亲本进行了叶表皮电子显微形态学比较。结果表明,SNTE0537叶表皮微观形貌特征介于双亲之间,与其原始亲本有着比较明显的差异,叶表皮的微观形貌特征可以做为鉴别三个物种的依据。

【Abstract】 In order to study the differences and similarities of leaf epiderm microscopic features of triticeae bridge gemplasm resources SNTE0537 and its original parents,comparison of the leaf epiderm electronic micro-morphology between SNTE0537 and its original parents was carried out with scanning electronic microscope(SEM).SNTE0537 was bred from the progenies of Elytrigia intermedia and Yannong 15.The results indicated that the leaf epiderm micromorphological characteristics of SNTE0537 were between its two parents,but were apparently different from its original parents.The micro-morphological characteristics of leaf epiderm can be used as the evidence to identify the three spieces.
