【Abstract】 The paper explains how to construct a fund allocation function system for book purchase.Library fund was first quantified through establishing a function.The factors affecting book purchase were then analyzed in accordance with the existing situations of teaching-oriented universities.After that,the weight of these factors was measured,and fund allocation was established.Book purchase fund allocation program was finally constructed.更多还原
