高校教师教学质量影响因素实证分析

【摘要】 高校教师教学质量是学校完成教学任务、实现培养目标的保障,是学校办学水平的整体反映,是学校的生命线。采用德尔菲法与层次分析法(AHP)对高校教师教学质量影响因素进行了实证分析,得出以下结论:按照重要性程度排序,教师因素、教学管理因素、学生因素、社会因素分别是影响高校教师教学质量的主要影响因素。其中,教学环节设计、教师风范、教学管理制度是影响高校教师教学质量的关键主导因素。建议积极开展教育教学改革,全面提高教师素质,逐步完善教学管理制度,以提高高校教师教学质量。

【Abstract】 teachers’ teaching quality in the university is the essential factor to ensure the completion of tasks of teaching and teaching objects which are based on the educational aims.It is also the reflection of school education levels and the lifeline of the school.Empirical analysis on the key influencing factors of teaching quality is made through the methods of Delphi and AHP in this paper,and conclusions are made as follows: according to the degree of importance,the main influencing factors in teaching quality are teachers,teaching management,students and social factors of which the key factors are the design of teaching process,teacher model and teaching administration system.Suggestions are put forward that reform of education and teaching should be deepened activly,quality of teachers should be improved thoroughly as well as Steady improvement in teaching administration system so as to raise the teacher’s teaching quality in the College.
