【Abstract】 The mangrove is an important salt-tolerance plant.In this research,three method for isolation of total RNA from the root of mangrove were done.The improved method of CTAB was verified to be the most efficient method through the way of the electrophoretic patterns of nucleic acids and absorbance at 230,260 and 280 nm in a UV-Vis spectrophotometer.更多还原
