不同基本苗配置对机插稻产量和品质的影响

【摘要】 以密穗型水稻扬辐粳7号为材料,在机插条件下,研究了不同基本苗配置(穴数和本数)对机插稻产量和品质的影响。结果表明:栽插本数对产量的影响大于穴数的影响大于两者互作,不同基本苗处理以A2B3处理产量最高。不同基本苗配置对机插水稻外观品质影响最大,对稻米胶稠度和直链淀粉含量影响为其次,加工品质受影响最小。随基本苗数的增加,机插水稻垩白率、垩白度增加,胶稠度变长,直链淀粉含量增加。不同基本苗配置对机插水稻RVA谱特征值中的消减值影响最大,热浆黏度其次,峰值时间最小。相同本数不同穴数下,随栽插穴数的增加,峰值黏度、热浆黏度、最终黏度以及糊化温度呈直线增加趋势,崩解值和消减值成直线下降趋势。相同穴数不同本数下,随栽插本数的增加,峰值黏度、热浆黏度、最终黏度以及糊化温度呈先增加后减小的趋势,崩解值和消减值成先减小后增加的趋势。综合来看,机插稻扬辐粳7号以25.5×104/hm2,每穴4本左右最有利于机插水稻高产优质形成。

【Abstract】 With compact-panicle type rice Yanfujing7 as material,studied the effects of the yield and quality of the Machine-transplanted rice under different basic seedling and its components of hills and plants.The result showed that the effect on the yield is that the number of plants per hill was higher than the number of planted hills than their mutual effects.The basic seedling combination A2B3 had the highest yield.The appearance quality was easiest affected by the different basic seedling and its components,the gel consistency and the amylose content next,the milling quality was affected slightly.Along with the increasing of the basic seedling,the chalkiness area and chalkiness showed a tendency to increase,the gel consistency trends to be long,the amylose content increased.The basic seedling and its components also had effect on the RVA profiles.The setback was the biggest influenced,the trough viscosity next,the peak time was the smallest.under the same plants per hill,the peaking viscosity and trough viscosity,the final viscosity as well as the pasting temperature increased straightly along with the increasing of the hills,while the breakdown and setback drop straightly.Under the same hill,the peaking viscosity and trough viscosity,the final viscosity as well as the pasting temperature increased first and then decreased along with the increasing of the hills,while the breakdown and setback decreased first and then increased.Considering all,the machine transplanting rice Yanfujing7 can get the high yield and high quality at 25.5×104/ha,4 plants per hill.
