含铁副产盐酸精制
Treatment by-Product Hydrochloric Acid Containing Iron
【摘要】 研究了新型大孔弱碱树脂ND-600、201×7强碱性苯乙烯系阴离子交换树脂和D301大孔弱碱性苯乙烯系阴离子交换树脂对副产盐酸中的铁离子有效去除,提高盐酸的精度。研究结果表明ND-600对副产盐酸中铁离子具有良好的离子交换性能;同时得到:随着盐酸的浓度提高,对铁离子交换能力逐渐提高;最佳动态实验的流速为10 BV/h,最大交换量为40BV;确定反洗液的流速为1 BV/h,同时测定脱附液了PH值,脱附液仍然具有使用价值。原副产盐酸中铁离子浓度约为76 mg/L,经ND-600树脂处理后,精制盐酸中的铁离子浓度为3 mg/L,去除率达到96.1%,达到了食用盐酸使用标准;该工艺实现了副产盐酸与资源化的有机结合,对副产盐酸的清洁生产具有十分积极的意义。
【Abstract】 The present paper has studied that using new type of macroreticular resin ND-600,201×7 alkalinity styrene anion resin and the anion resin pocket weak basicity styrene D301 remove iron ion in vice-produced hydrochloric acid.The results indicate that ND-600 has good adsorption performance to iron ion in vice-produces hydrochloric acid,simultaneously obtain that adsorption performance to iron ion increases when the hydrochloric acid density increases.We also had determined that the best flow rate of dynamic experimental is 10BV/h,the biggest adsorptive capacity is 40BV,the flow rate of backwash liquor is 1BV/h,Simultaneously we determined the PH value of desorption liquor,and the desorption liquor still have the reuse value.Iron ion density of original vice-produced hydrochloric acid approximately is 76 mg/L.After ND-600 resin processing,the iron ion concentration of purified hydrochloric acid is 3 mg/L,and the remove rate achieves 96.1%,which has achieved the edible hydrochloric acid standard.This craft realized utilization of vice-produced hydrochloric acid,and has positive significance to clean production of vice-produced hydrochloric acid.
