【Abstract】 As a management practice of promoting university teaching quality,students’ teaching valuation has been widely implemented by universities in China,but there are divergent views on the application of the results and the role resulting from the application.Based on the analysis of application of the results of evaluating teaching in Chinese colleges and universities as well as the application of the practice of evaluating teaching results in the authors’ universities,it is thought that the application principle of "recognition and incentives" as the value conversion is an inevitable path to use of evaluating teaching results rationally and give evaluating teaching vitality.更多还原
