【摘要】 分析了目前农业科技成果信息资源利用存在的主要问题,对提高农业科技成果信息资源利用率的途径进行了研究。

【Abstract】 The main problems in the utilization of scientific and technological achievements information resources are analyzed,and the ways to improve the utilization ratio are studied.
