【摘要】 通过对有髯鸢尾"常春黄"的花苞离体组织培养试验,研究了消毒时间及激素浓度对外植体、不定芽分化和诱导生根的影响。结果表明:用0.1%的HgCl2溶液处理外植体9 min效果较好;增殖培养基MS+BA3.0mg/L,对不定芽分化效果最好,生根培养基MS+NAA 0.3 mg/L,对诱导生根效果最好。更多还原

【Abstract】 The disinfection time of tender kuntum and the effects of hormone concentration on the adventitious bud differentiation and root induction of Iris germanica cv.Lovely Again were studied.The results showed that the effects of disinfecting the explant for nine minutes by 0.1% HgCl2 was better.The best multiplication medium and rooting medium were MS+BA 3.0 mg/L and MS+NAA 0.3 mg/L,respectively,which were beneficial to adventitious bud differentiation and root induction,respectively.更多还原
