【Abstract】 The research status of postharvest physiology of grape was reviewed,including respiration,water physiology,hormone,browning and berry drop,and the research direction was analyzed.The main postharvest diseases were introduced.The research progress of storage techniques was discussed,including cold storage,controlled atmosphere storage,preservative treatment and biotechnology,which provided references for future research.更多还原
